1) you tried to re-invent the 4 factions - The Amarr and Caldari are the armor/shield resistance tanks the Gallente and Minmatar are the armor/shield regen tanks - The Caldar sentinel suit you did right the Amarr you did wrong putting the Rail rifle resistance bonus on its shields and not armor. - The Amarr medium Frames having more HP then the other races is no justification for them having one less Module slot. - The Minmatar's faster speed does not compensate for their low HP Raising their lower HP value to the higher one wont break the game (150 shields 135 armor -> 150 shields 150 armor). - The logistics in general are there to repair drop suits why didn't they all get the repair rate bonus with the reduction to equipment fitting and a small bonus to said equipment Amarr=more spawns per uplink, Caldari=more ammo/armor%, Gallente=better scanner precision, minmatar= better rep tool range? yes 3 bonuses and now they can all do their job with a bonus to their preferred equipment witch was over nerfed.
2) the Skill trees got way to many skills for their cost. over 6k for the base cost of the skills with so many that do the same thing over and over again. - 5,000 SP base cost for skill system it fits better with with the leveling theme and its not to much or to little. - 1 skill per bonus type for example: Reload speed for small arms, ammo capacity for small arms, charge up time for small arms ect, this would make the new player experience less discouraging. - skill point cap? as time goes on the minimum SP for entry level should scale with the average of all the active dust players giving them 500k at start is still good but reward them for time played with unlimited bonus SP up to say 25% of the maximum SP.
3) where are the other vehicles and turrets? putting them all in the game is the only way to get the perfect imbalance needed for a game like this. - Where are the racial MCC's and RDV's - on second thought remove the RDV's no one wants them in the game any ways. I have no idea how much ISK you owe the players for lost assets.
4) over nerfing weapons. and bringing in overpowered weapons. - the laser rifle was almost perfect with the range skill maxed out however the laser rifle did either to little damage(basic) or to much(proto) maybe a .90 increase in damage instead of .85? you also made the heat cost of the ADV and PROTO laser rifles worse not better keeping them where they where and giving them their much needed damage buff would of been the improvement. - how do you balance Range vs. DPS when you brought in the rail rifle and combat rifle you showed by your actions that if its new it gets both.
